Winter Green Homes Ltd. is open to doing and has done several Joint Venture projects with Property owners, where we develop and build on the owners' land at a pre-determined price and investing Winter Green's own money in the Building, and sharing the profits of the Project on an agreed upon basis.

We also do Project Management and Supervision of Construction Projects on a fixed fee, or a cost plus Percentage basis. We bring our experience and expertise to the table that enables the Property owners to add value and obtain greater returns from their investments, without the cost and headache of dealing with suppliers and trades and of unforeseen hurdles and problems.
